With a Managed Paint Services™ contract, you’ll automatically receive a 25 percent savings, plus a 10 percent discount on all capital projects. We’ll bill you only once each month for an agreed upon per unit fee. This offers you insurance-style protection and no surprises!

Service and Quality

Your Managed Paint Services™ contract includes one turn per unit each year. This type of property upkeep is sure to increase your renter retention and property values.
